To exchange or return your purchase, please send back the merchandise to the address below. We recommend having your package insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS for your protection. Mountain Interiors Collection will not accept any packages that are shipped COD.
Items must be returned in original condition. You will receive your refund for the merchandise excluding the actual shipping fees charged to initially ship your package. The shipping and insurance fees incurred when returning merchandise will not be reimbursed by Mountain Interiors Collection unless the item(s) are damaged.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Refunds will be reimbursed by either check or credit card
Damaged Merchandise: Please notify us within 5 days after merchandise has been received. Mountain Interiors Collection will replace the item at no extra cost to the buyer.
